All flights are subject to availability and American Express does not guarantee that seats or tickets will be available on the dates or at the times you may wish to fly. 2. Hotel Night Stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Hotel Night Stay is based on a standard room with two people sharing and must be booked two weeks before your stay.

4. Membership Rewards Ascent enrolment required. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. To transfer Membership Rewards points into an airline rewards or frequent guest partner program you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent and be a member of the partner program. Membership of the partner program is the Cardmember’s responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable program. A joining fee may apply.
5. Qantas Direct enrolment required. Qantas Frequent Flyer members only. Earning of points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Direct program for American Express Cards available at www.qantas.com/frequentflyer and exclusions apply. Membership of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and earning and redemption of Qantas Frequent Flyer points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. 6. The first two visits within each twelve month membership period are complimentary to the basic Card members only, after which every visit would be charged as per the prevailing rates, currently US$27 per person. Any accompanying guests will be charged US$27 per visit, which will be automatically be charged to the Cardmember’s American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card. Unused visits cannot be carried forward to the following year of membership. The number of free visits will be reset to two per each twelve month period. Renewal Terms and Conditions are at the discretion of Priority Pass Ltd.
7. 8. Supplementary Card members must be over 18 years of age. You will be liable for all Supplementary Credit Card spending.
9. The Credit Card gives you up to 55 days interest free on purchases, depending on when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued, whether you have obtained a balance transfer and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from the previous statement period. There are no interest-free days for cash advances or for any purchases where you are carrying forward a balance on your account from the previous statement period.

11. Points may be redeemed by the Basic Cardmember for a credit on the Primary Card Account. American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Cardmember’s other accounts with American Express are not in good standing. The redemption of Points for Credit will be administered solely by American Express within three business days and cannot be reversed. Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card accounts and is not redeemable for cash via Credit balance refund.
