  5. The Basic Cardmember shall be entitled to a waiver of the Koru joining fee and a discount of $145 on one-year individual Koru memberships. The Koru joining fee waiver and the discount on the Koru annual membership fee only applies to Card members and may only be used in conjunction with one-year Koru memberships for individuals. Provided you have notified us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transactions and you have complied with the Card conditions, you will not be held liable for any charges.“Immediately” means as soon as you are aware but no later than on or after the due date for payment of the statement in which the fraudulent transaction appears.
