1. Enrolment and participation in Membership Rewards is subject to the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions and partner terms and conditions. The annual $50 Membership Rewards fee has been waived. Only purchases are eligible for Membership Rewards points. Membership Rewards points do not expire while your Account remains current and in good standing. A fee may be applicable for participation in partner airline programmes. A transfer fee of $35 per transfer of points to one of our airline partner programmes will apply. Platinum Card members receive automatic and complimentary enrolment in Membership Rewards and you will earn 2 Membership Rewards points for every $1 you spend on your Card.
   
2. Supplementary Card members must be over 18 years of age. You will be liable for all Supplementary Credit Card spending.
3. American Express Card Insurances are underwritten by ACE Insurance Limited (Company No. 104656) (ACE) and are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in the American Express Card Insurances policy of insurance between American Express International (NZ) Inc. 4. Offer available to new American Express Card applicants who apply online, are approved and spend $500 on the new Card within the first two months of the Card being approved. A minimum of 2,100 points may be transferred into the Airpoints programme and increments of 175 points thereafter. For every 175 Membership Rewards points transferred you receive 1 Airpoints Dollar. Customers who purchase fares using Airpoints Dollars will be required to pay in cash the government and airport charges.

8. Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Changes are permitted subject to a NZ$100.00 Airline Fee plus a NZ$50.00 American Express fee, which gives a total change fee of NZ$150.00 plus any fare and tax difference per person. If any changes are made, all travel needs to be completed within a year from the date of issuance of the ticket, eg. if the ticket is issued on the 12 April 2011, all travel, if changed, must be completed by the 12 April 2012, as the ticket is only valid for a total of 12 months. All flights are subject to availability and neither American Express nor Air New Zealand guarantee that seats or tickets will be available on the dates or times you may wish to fly. Customers who purchase fares using Airpoints Dollars will be required to pay, in cash, the government and airport charges.
